Do you do private photo & video shoots?
Yes, we get contracted frequently to shoot PHOTOS & VIDEOS of personal vehicles, rolling shots, and events of all kinds. We have insurance for venues & are experienced with large events & conventions. Please contact us to inquire our rates and packages @achphotos // achphotos818@gmail.com
What will I receive with my purchase?
- You will receive a Full resolution .JPG file to download upon checkout as well as an email with the download links attached. The watermark will be removed.
- Please inspect the Compressed Watermarked Photo thoroughly using the zoom tool via a desktop or laptop prior to purchasing.
- Our photos are saved for web as .jpg files with an srgb color space.
- The images are not intended to be printed or zoomed into and cropped.
- Photography is subjective, composition, color palette, luminosity, etc, may not align with your taste.
- If you DM or Email us @achphotos / achphotos818@gmail.com our Editors may be able to send you RAW, .TIFF, .PNG, and/or .PDF versions of your photo. This is dependent on the Editor's / Photographer's schedule and discretion. It is not a guaranteed or promised service.
These are just digital photos, it doesn’t cost you guys anything to upload them, why are you charging so much?
You are paying for our labor and expertise. The time it takes to drive to and from the canyon, the mechanical wear and tear on the camera shutter, the expenses associated with equipment, the offloading DIT work that's required to preserve and store the images taken both online and on physical drives, the time to sort through usable vs unusable images, the edits made to the images (color corrections, stylistic choices using Photoshop & Lightroom), as well as the costs that are associated with upkeeping the website and running a business.
There's a lot of moving parts to make this all happen and we price the photos accordingly. (If for any reason you can't afford your photo, email us.)
How can I get my photo taken?
We do our very best to be up along ACH & Occasionally Upper Big Tujunga on Saturdays & Sundays. There are days when we are early & days when we stay later in the day, but as a general rule of thumb 9am-11:30am. Follow our Instagram @achphotos for updates to our schedule.
Where are the photos taken?
As riders & drivers we try to stay & park in a location where YOU as a rider / driver won't target fixate on us or our vehicles. Keep an eye out for our NEON VESTS.
When will my photos be online?
We work hard to get the photos online as soon as possible. Please be patient, most photos are up within 1-2 weeks. We work full time jobs and spend another 30-40 hours a week after work, sorting, editing, & uploading the photos.
How do I Spot you in the canyons?
We will usually be wearing bright NEON Yellow or Orange Vests. Feel free to stop by & hang out.
